Howdy, Runners!
This week on The BibRave Podcast we feature a conversation with Tim, Julia, and physical therapist, Matt Walsh. Matt is a Portland-based PT with over 33 years of clinical experience across sports like running, golf, rugby, and cross country skiing. Matt is also Julia’s PT which is how we came to know him!
We talk with Matt about what it’s like to run throughout the decades of our life, what we can expect, and how to ideally prepare for aging as a runner. It’s a great look at common pitfalls that most runners encounter, and there is a ton of really interesting biomechanics in our discussion. We enjoy our chat with Matt and hope his breakdown of the human body is helpful to you as a runner!
