Where I live… Raleigh, NC!
I’ve been a BibRave Pro for… this is my first year as a BibRave Pro!
My main running goal for 2019 is… running the Antelope Canyon 50 Miler in March, and improving my overall speed afterwards.
My running shoes are… Saucony Triumph ISO!
My favorite race distance is… the half marathon!
My playlist includes… anything with a beat!
My pre-race routine… a light meal of tried and true foods, and arriving early to the corrals to begin to get in the race mindset.
My race day gear checklist includes… my Nathan hydration pack, Injiji or Balega socks, Squirrel Nut Butter for chafing, Honey Stinger gummies, and a Bobo bar for my post-race snack.
Why I like being a BibRave Pro… I’m excited for the opportunities to become more involved with races throughout the US. I love sharing my running experiences and favorite races and can’t wait to do the same with BibRave.
