Where I live… Seattle, WA
I’ve been a BibRave Pro for… 1 year
My running shoes are… it’s a toss up between the Hoka One One Bondi and the Altra Torin.
My favorite race distance is… the 10k.
My running goals for 2018 are… a shiny new half marathon PR and my first trail half. I might run my first marathon in 2018.
My playlist includes… nothing! I try not to run with music so I can keep my cadence. If I do run with music, it’s usually the Spotify workout playlist.
My pre-race routine… consists of eating toast with peanut butter, doing a quick foam roll and then heading to the start line.
My race day gear checklist includes… hat, phone, comfortable running clothes, and Body Glide. I never race without Body Glide; it’s a necessity for me!
Why I like being a BibRave Pro… connecting with people through running and testing out new products.
My favorite episode of The BibRave Podcast is… Episode 92 with Lauren Fleshman and Jesse Thomas. They are true #relationshipgoals.
Post-race I always… brunch! I love exploring new cities after a race with brunch.
