Howdy, Runners!
This week’s episode is a conversation between Tim and Ryan Day. Ryan is the man behind the Instagram and YouTube account, I Run on Beer, and he’s also a BibRave Pro. Ryan does a great job curating running and beer-related content on his channels. It’s been super fun to watch his video and editing skills grow.
For this episode, Ryan and Tim used a simultaneous beer tasting as the backdrop for their convo. They talked about various seasonal beers and what makes different varietals stand out. Of course, they also discussed running, racing, and how lockdown has affected Ryan’s endurance activities (and choices)!
