Just a few weeks ago, we introduced you to former Bachelorette contestant Dan Cox on Episode 145 of The BibRave Podcast. Now, Dan comes back and shares all the details of his experience racing the Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon. We hear about the beautiful morning swim, the hilly bike, and his final push on the run. And, most importantly, we hear whether or not he beat his brother Will in this race for redemption.

We loved hearing all the details of his race, including a gear rundown and how he used heart rate to track his effort level. And, as always, Dan brought his charm and relatability.
