The BibRave Podcast Episode 135: Don Reichelt on Badwater, Spartathlon, Big Backyard Ultra, & more…

Listen to this Episode!

Hi runners!

Today we bring you Episode 135 of The BibRave Podcast, a conversation with the newest member of Team BibRave, Don Reichelt. Don joins the team after an extensive amount of experience in the running industry as an event director, race director, athlete, and endurance coach.

Don has some crazy experiences in the ultra running world, including a 3rd (!!) place finish at the 2018 Badwater 135 and an unfortunate and unbelievable story from running the Spartathlon in Greece. We look ahead to his big 2019 October race, the Big Backyard Ultra • Last Man Standing.

Then, we check in with Jess and Tim to catch up on their training for the Boston Marathon and Illinois Marathon, as well as their upcoming travel to the Middle East and how it will impact their training.

For a deeper dive, check out this week’s show notes. As always, you can find us on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram! And, if you enjoyed this episode (or any other episode) we would love it if you could leave us a review on iTunes!
