Where I live… Turlock, CA.
I’ve been a BibRave Pro for… this is my first year.
My running shoes are… Brooks Launch 5!
My favorite race distance is… the half marathon!
My favorite races are… I like the Run Rock ‘N’ Roll Las Vegas Half Marathon, Honolulu Marathon, and Modesto (Half) Marathon.
My playlist includes… Eminem, Beyonce, Carrie Underwood, Britney Spears, Lady Gaga, Sia, Fifth Harmony, Drake, Linkin Park, DJ Snake, Selena Gomez, J Lo, Puff Daddy, and Ariana Grande… to name a few.
My pre-race routine… includes plenty of black coffee, a bathroom visit, a plain cinnamon raisin bagel, getting a head start on listening to my race day playlist, and some yoga to warm up my body!
My race day gear checklist includes… my bib, water, headphones, ProCompression socks, Gu Energy gels, belt or fanny pack, full phone battery, full apple watch battery, granola bars, bagels, and RunGum.
Why I like being a BibRave Pro… I am still just getting started being a BRP, but I am excited to be part of this community and share my running experiences with the other BRPs.
My favorite episode of The BibRave Podcast is… Episode 115: The Runner Psychology – A conversation between sports psychologist, coach, and athlete.
Post-race I always eat… a peanut butter and jelly bacon burger from the local brewery, Dustbowl Brewery in my hometown of Turlock, CA!
