The BibRave Podcast Ep. 114: LIVE with Meb & Peter Sagal

Listen to this Episode!

We’re delighted to bring you Episode 114 of The BibRave Podcast. We start with a quick update from Jessica on her running of the Chicago Marathon, and then get into our main feature – our first-ever LIVE recording of The BibRave Podcast during the Chicago Marathon weekend with Meb Keflezighi and Peter Sagal. Our special event took place in partnership with the Westin River North and AfterShokz.

Our conversation with Meb, who needs no introduction, and Peter Sagal, host of NPR’s Wait, Wait… Don’t Tell Me! and 14x Marathoner, covers a broad range of topics. We discuss everything from their evolving relationship with running, to raising daughters, to male body image. We also share Peter’s writing about the everyday experience of running with Meb in a segment called “Elites, they’re just like us!” Finally, we end with our very own, super unique version of “Bluff the Runner” with one of our live audience members.

As always, you can find us on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram!

Show Notes:

For those digging the sweet ukulele intro music, that comes to us from the talented musician and running coach, Matt Flaherty. Check out his site for more audio goodness!
