I’ve been a BibRave Pro for…a few months!
My running shoes are… New Balance 1500 v4.
My favorite race distance is… the half marathon!
My running goals for 2018 are… Marathon PR & my first ultra!
My favorite races are… Rhode Races Newport Half, The Covered Bridges Half, Run with the Beavers 10 mile Trail Race, and Ragnar Reach the Beach.
My playlist includes… whatever noises my running route and I happen to be making that day.
My pre-race routine is… I don’t really have one. I just kind of stretch and always end up finding new people to talk to.
My race day gear checklist includes… it’s generally a short list: shorts, sports bra, shoes, Tiux, and Garmin.
Why I like being a BibRave Pro… I enjoy being able to help my amazing running community!
My favorite episode of The BibRave Podcast is… #90: Stephanie Howe Violett on ultra-running, sports nutrition, and mindful eating. I find anything on ultra-running and nutrition super interesting, plus she just seems so nice!
Post-race I always eat… either McDonalds or a smoothie!
