This week on Episode 111 of The BibRave Podcast we interview Jay Ell Alexander, CEO and owner of Black Girls RUN! Jay Ell is a PR executive that recently purchased Black Girls RUN!, and she shares some exciting insight about her plans for the organization.

Black Girls RUN! has a whopping 225,000 members! So we get a run down of all the Black Girls RUN! programming and activations. We then dive into the topics of diversity and inclusion, and what makes races and events approachable to the black community. They’ll be at a number of races this fall so be sure to look up their schedule and say “hi” at an upcoming event!
