We’re excited to share our second conversation with Stephanie Howe Violett, which we recorded just one week after her 6th place finish at Western States. This week’s episode is brought to you by Rock ‘n’ Roll Philadelphia and The BibRave 100.

We get the full play-by-play recap of her race at Western States, including a recap of her torn quad (ouch!!). She talks about her approach to UTMB and some of her favorite parts of Chamonix. We also broach the ever trendy topic of intermittent fasting.
