Where I live… Dallas, Texas
I’ve been a BibRave Pro for… 2 years
My main running goal for 2018 is: A 1:30’s Half Marathon and to work on strength training and stay injury-free!
My running shoes are… Asics Nimbus for going long, New Balance 1500’s for speed!
My favorite race distance is: Currently the Half Marathon distance.
My pre-race routine is: Lay out my gear the night before, go to bed extra early, wake up extra early, sip an extra strong coffee ☕️! I get in some puppy snuggles while I scroll Instagram, plan my route/book my Uber, then it’s go-time!
My playlist consists of… Rap and hip hop! Current, 90’s, and 00’s. The beats pump me up.
My race day gear checklist includes: My AfterShokz Trekz Titanium headphones and tunes, my Koala Clip, current favorite shoes + MilestonePod, and an applesauce packet!
Why I like being a BibRave Pro – I love love LOVE the sense of community, making new friends, and the amazing experiences – running new races that I might otherwise never do and getting to try new and innovative running gear! Being a Pro has truly changed my whole running experience for the better in many ways!
My favorite episode of The BibRave Podcast is: #32 – Julia’s Marathon Goal REVEALED! — I love this one because Julia has always been my running role model (I don’t think she knows it until now!) so it was fun to listen to her talk about her incredible goals, plus she went over some of the history behind Grandma’s Marathon which was really interesting and it’s now one of my bucket list races!
