Where I live… Maple Grove, Minnesota
I’ve been a BibRave Pro for… A little over a year
My main running goal for 2018 is: I don’t have a hard set goal for 2018. If a PR opportunity presents itself, I will definitely be shooting for it, but mainly I want to stay in good running condition and have fun will all running endeavors throughout the year!
My running shoes are… Adidas Energy Boost
My favorite race distance is: Half Marathon
My pre-race routine is: English muffin with peanut butter and a cup of coffee before leaving the house (or hotel depending on where the race is). Check over my racing gear far to many times to make sure I have it all. Try to do a warm up mile or two to loosen up prior to getting in my race coral.
My playlist consists of… I listen to audiobooks, usually featuring some sort of CIA agent like Jack Reacher, Mitch Rapp, or Gray Man.
My race day gear checklist includes: BUFF Multifunctional Headwear, Jaybird Headphones, Orange Mud Hydration Pack, BibRave Tank Top, Lululemon Shorts, Compression Socks

My favorite episode of The BibRave Podcast is: Episode 32 – Julia’s Marathon Goal – REVEALED. I really liked it because it talked with Kate from Grandmas Marathon, which is one of my favorite races!!
Post-race I always eat… everything!!! Beyond the obvious, I typically go for something salty like chips, along with fruit and a bagel or granola bar.
