In Episode 34, Tim and Julia welcome Dr. David Harmon to The BibRave Podcast!
Dr. Harmon is one of Tim’s good friends and running partner in Portland (remember this guy?), and he’s on the show to talk about some commonly misunderstood nutritional issues. Specifically, they talk about cholesterol and sugar, two things that we all hear a lot about but don’t fully understand. Both issues are extremely important to us as runners and as health-conscious individuals, and Dr. Harmon does a great job setting the record straight.
